What is a live receptionist service?
Live receptionist service is a service where a call center we provide answers calls for your company, following a script that you specify. They can as such do things like take messages, ask users for various information and email it to you, and more.
How can I configure my Live Receptionist service?
Simply log into the Control Panel and select the Live Receptionist tab above the page and select the link shown there where you will be directed to a detailed page with all the information you need to make your decision.
