Why Doesn’t My Phone Ring?

First, make sure your phone’s Call Forwarding or Do Not Disturb features are disabled. These options are enabled/ disabled on the phone and are usually available in your phone’s menu options.

If these features are disabled but you’re still having trouble receiving calls, your network may be interfering with the VoIP traffic between your phone and Phone.com’s servers. See Do I Have To Change My Network Settings or Hardware? for more information.
