Need more minutes than what your plan includes? You can add bulk minutes to your monthly allotment for all account users to share.
Adding Bulk Minutes
1. Log in to the Phone.com Control Panel
2. Navigate to My Account and click Change My Plan
3. Click Add Bulk Minutes
4. From the drop-down box, select the amount of minutes you want to add
5. Finally, click Add
You now have additional minutes on your account.
Removing bulk minutes
1. Log in to the Phone.com Control Panel
2. Navigate to My Account and click Change My Plan
3. Click the Delete button next to the Bulk Minutes you want to delete
4. Click Ok on the pop-up box that appears
The Bulk Minutes have now been removed from your account.
